Judith Naef is co-owner of Junika GmbH. She acts as a business consultant, senior legal advisor and lecturer. In addition to her law degree and her license to practice as a lawyer, she has an additional degree in business administration (BWL ZS). She has gained further qualifications in project, hospital, and service management as well as in the areas of ethics, data protection and communication.

 

Judith Naef was a former public prosecutor in the Canton of Basel-Landschaft and worked as a judicial assistant in the Health and Environment Department of the City of Zurich. She was subsequently responsible for setting up and managing the legal department of the University Hospital Zurich and has since been active on various foundation and association boards in the areas of care and nursing homes, and housing for the elderly and health education.

 

As an independent lawyer with her own law firm, she has been advising companies of all sizes since 2006, especially in the health and pharmaceutical industries as well as in public institutions. She deals with typical legal issues in these sectors, in particular in the areas of contractual, labor and personnel law as well as association and foundation law. As a corporate consultant, she manages corporate development projects and supports strategic and operational bodies in their activities as a managing director and external consultant.
